Company History
J.W. Hardee Construction, Inc. was founded by Jerry and Jason Hardee with the goal of building challenging projects and delivering high value through an understanding of clients needs combined with sound teamwork, innovation and hands-on building skills. These tools developed a strong foundation for a diversified general contracting firm distinguished by integrity, quality, teamwork and year of hands-on building experience.

J.W. Hardee Construction, Inc. represents decades of collected years of construction management and develop experience. President Jerry W. Hardee has over 40 years experience in industrial, commercial and electrical construction projects. Before retiring from Horry Electric Cooperative, as an Apparatus Engineer, he was a team member that overseen the planning and construction of electrical substations throughout Horry County, to maintain the county’s growth. Also involved in the planning and construction of Horry Electric Cooperative’s new administration and maintenance campus in Conway, SC.

Vice-President, Jason W. Hardee, is a graduate from Clemson University, with a BS in Construction Science and Management. He has experience as a Project Manager on projects in the commercial and institutional fields: schools, restaurants, office buildings, banks, and many more.
